"Many Photos" - David Walliams left MIFFED as he loses £1,000 to Simon Cowell in hysterical prank

As a comedian, he's usually a barrel of laughs.

But David Walliams didn't see the funny side after he was tricked into handing over £1,000 to Simon following a hilarious prank on Britain's Got More Talent.

In hilarious scenes set to be aired on Stephen Mulhern's spin-off ITV2 show on Saturday, David, 47, looked less than impressed after being hoodwinked by Stephen and Simon.

The drama started after Stephen had earlier challenged Simon to game where he was not allowed to say the number 17.

Stephen then asked the music mogul a number of basic sums, with Simon giving the answers and successfully avoiding the number.

However, Stephen then asked what is 10 minus three', to which Simon replied 'seven'.

Stephen then said 'thanking you', indicating that Simon had lost the challenge.

A confused Simon then said 'But you said 17!',  prompting Stephen to yell out as the joke was revealed and Simon had lost. 

Simon was so impressed by the prank that he called upon David to join in, betting the unsuspecting comedian £1,000 in the process. 

Inevitably, David eventually fell for the trick, much to the amusement of Simon and Stephen.

However, David didn't appear to take too kindly to the prank, with his expression looking rather disgruntled as Simon declared: 'You owe me a grand!'

Got you! Inevitably, David eventually fell for the trick, much to the amusement of Simon and Stephen

But David then vowed to give Simon what he owed, sarcastically replying: 'I haven't got it on me, but I'll give it you, cause you need more money don't you!'

The high jinks on Britain's Got More Talent comes in contrast to the main show,  which saw host Ant McPartlin left in tears as a little girl sweetly said she 'missed him' during his break from the show.

The presenter got emotional after the Flakefleet Primary School from Lancashire delivered an amazing performance of Queen's Don't Stop Me Now, that also left the judging panel in tears.

Ant took a break from BGT last year after his arrest for drink-driving, and his partner Declan Donnelly was left to host the show alone.

In the uplifting scenes the judging panel - Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams - watched an amazing performance by the primary school children. 

As the children performed the iconic tune, things descended into chaos, as they threw inflatable balls into the audience and the judges danced along with them.

The entire panel was moved to tears by the heartwarming performance, with even David sobbing hysterically.

Crying: The panel were all left weeping following the uplifting routine, as one of the girls told Ant that she 'missed him' during his presenting break

He said of the children's performance, it is 'one of the most joyous things I’ve ever seen' and told them: 'You made our hearts soar.'

As they leave the stage Ant plucks one of the little girls from the group and jokes that he wants to keep her.

One little girl then says: 'I missed you Ant,' and he says he 'loves her lots,' in heart-string-tugging scenes.
