A woman who was left with rock hard breasts filled with a putty-like substance after a botched surgery has finally been given the chest she had dreamed of since she gave birth to her first child.
On Thursday night's season premiere of the E! reality series Botched, Shamra from Atlanta, Georgia, was joined by her childhood friend, singer Tameka 'Tiny' Harris, when she asked plastic surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif to fix her 'baseball boobs.'
'I am excited about these breasts getting fixed. They look terrible,' Tiny said of her friend's deformed breasts, and Shamra agreed with her assessment.

Unconventional: The mom revealed that her original doctor inserted her implants through her stomach when she had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation at the same time
'With these baseball boobs, I am striking out,' she said. 'The left one, it's heavy, very hard, and it looks like a baseball, and on the right, I have rippling. It's just ugly.'
Shamra said that she had a 'very sexy' body and 'very perky' breasts before she gave birth to her first child when she was 19 years old. After she became a mom, 'things went down the drain' and her breasts started to droop.
She found a doctor who came recommended to her, and he had an 'unconventional' way of putting in implants that would eliminate scarring.
During her meeting with Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif, Shamra explained that her doctor inserted her implants through her stomach when she had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation at the same time, which is known as a trans-tummy tuck.

'Placing implants through tummy tuck incision is very difficult, offers very poor visualization of the operative field, and is not really ever a good idea,' Dr. Dubrow told the camera.
The doctor was brutally honest with Shamra when he explained the risks associated with the surgery, noting that there was a chance her nipples could just turn black and fall off.
'The reason why this is a high-risk case is thin skin and soft tissue with little blood vessels that aren't bringing in a lot of oxygen to the nipple and areola,' Dr. Dubrow he told Shamra and Tiny.
'You start cutting around there, it cuts off the oxygen. That's what can make a problem for scar formation and even keeping the nipple alive.'

Fears: Dr. Dubrow warned Shamra that it was a high-risk procedure that could possibly lead to her nipples turning black and falling off
Say what? The doctor was stunned to find a putty-like substance in her implants during surgery, but he was still able to give her the breasts of her dreams
However, he did assure them that he has never 'lost a nipple' in his career while giving her a rundown of all the precautions they would take to keep Shamra's nipples intact.
'We put Nitropaste to make the blood vessels bigger, we put you in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, we put leaches on,' he said. 'So if you're in, I'm in.'
Shamra and Tiny both agreed that they were ready for the challenge, and while Dr. Dubrow had a plan of action, nothing prepared him for the putty-like substance he found inside his patient's breasts during surgery.
'I've never seen this before in a cosmetics breast case; even the most complicated ones,' he told the camera. 'I never anticipated finding this type of material inside of Shamra's left breast.'

Despite the added complication, Dr. Dubrow was still able to fix Shamra's breasts. Both Shamra and the doctor were understandably a bit nervous when it was time to check and see if her nipples were still healthy. Luckily for her, they were.
'I feel so freaking so happy that my nipples are alive,' she said.
Shamra was thrilled with the results, and she proudly showed off her new breasts in a low-cut white dress when she unveiled them to her friends.
'Before my surgery with Dr. Dubrow, I had huge nipples, my left breast was very hard and on the right I had rippling,' she said. 'Now since my surgery, I see these nice, normal, beautiful breasts.'

Success: With the help of another doctor, Dr. Paul Nassif was able to improve the appearance of her under eyes by '75 to 85 per cent'
During the episode, the surgeons also met with Nuray, a professional model who was left with terrible eye bags after her original doctor convinced her to take fat from her abdomen and place it under her eyes.
'When I woke up, I immediately knew that something was wrong,' Nuray explained in her testimonial. 'My eyes were swollen terribly and one eye was bigger than the other.'
Dr. Nassif thought it was likely that the fat attached itself to the muscle, making it a high-risk procedure. Nuray was determined to get the revision, so he enlisted the help of Dr. Guy Massry. Together, they were able to improve the appearance of her under eyes by '75 to 85 per cent.'
'Now, thanks to Dr. Nassif, I no longer cry when I look at the mirror,' Nuray said after her surgery. 'I'm finally back at work doing what I love.'
Nope: The doctors refused to operate on 28-year-old Pixee Fox, who has had over 200 cosmetic procedures in order to turn herself into a 'living cartoon'

Although the doctors were able to help Nuray and Shamra, they refused to work with Pixie Fox, who has had over 200 procedures in order to transform her into a 'living cartoon.'
The 28-year-old from North Carolina has been turned down by the doctors before, but that didn't stop her from asking them to lower her hairline.
In recent months, she's had her jaw fractured to give her a smaller face, her ears made elf-shaped, and she's even had her vagina redesigned.
The doctors previously refused to operate on her because they believed she was a plastic surgery addict suffering from body dysmorphia and not much has changed.
'I cannot believe how many operations Pixee has had in the last year. I have never seen anything like this in my entire career,' Dr. Dubrow said.
The doctors told Pixee her hair-line was in the right place and she needed to stop having plastic surgery.
