"Many Photos" - Eucalyptus I eat: Meet the ageing koala who looks like Yoda from Star Wars

With his large ears and wizened face, this Koala looks a lot like the beloved Star Wars character Yoda.

Star Wars fans commented on the uncanny resemblance after a video of 'Koala Yoda' appeared on Reddit on Friday. 

Entitled 'Yoda is reincarnated as a Koala! Koala Yoda!!', the video sparked off a number of jokey comments.

'Eat poisonous leaves I will. Have syphilis I do,' posted jimbris.

Another user joined in, posting: 'Always two infections there are, no more, no less.'

Some were quick to comment that on Koala Yoda's malnourished state.

'Little nutrition, these leaves give,' wrote Ardinius, while another user commented: 'Eat poisonous leaves i will, do nothing all day i shall.'

The video doesn't mention where the footage was filmed.
