The Duchess of Cornwall visited Jasmine Villa Hospice in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands on Thursday.
Keeping her cool in a coordinated white outfit, Camilla, 71, arrived solo as she officially opened the not-for-profit organisation.
The hospice is dedicated to providing professional, free of charge care to anyone in the community living with debilitating long-term or end-stage conditions.
Embarking on the next step of their Carribean tour, Her Royal Highness received a warm welcome from the community and looked delighted as she was handed a bouquet of brightly-coloured flowers by a well-wisher.
Meanwhile, the Prince of Wales arrived on the island of Cayman Brac to visit a swimming pool and attend a reception.

Jasmine relies entirely on donations from the Cayman community and the hospice is the first of its kind in the Cayman Islands.
Camilla, who was accompanied by the Governor’s Wife, Lissie Roper, was met by Chris Duggan, Chair of the Board before she unveiled a plaque and cut a ribbon.
During her visit, Camilla learned about the newly installed artwork in the central hall, before having a short tour of the building.
Shielding the sun from beating down on her head, the Duchess could be seen holding a chic white parasol as she engaged in conversation with fans that lined the streets, before meeting the staff that worked there.

'Having Her Royal Highness, the Duchess of Cornwall, open Jasmine Villa is an honour,' Felicia McLean, director of operations and nursing at Jasmine, told CNS.
'This facility is the first of its kind in the Cayman Islands and having it opened by (her) is the icing on the cake. She will see firsthand what our community can do when it comes together for a good cause.'
The Duchess of Cornwall then visited The Cayman Islands Crisis Centre and met with Chief Executive Ania Milanowska, where she heard about the work of the Teens and Young Adults (TAYA) lounge.
She was then introduced to Natalie Baldwin, TAYA lounge lead and sat at a table with a small group of teenagers to hear about what the lounge means to them, before being treated to a musical performance.

Looking smart in a blue and beige uniform, the youngsters lined the streets and waved flags for the royal arrival.
Camilla then posed for a photograph with the school choir while holding another bouquet of flowers, before being presented with a gift of books.
It comes after a busy few weeks for the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, who left Cuba yesterday following a historic visit to the country.

Both got behind the bar at private restaurant Havana and made a couple of the country's famous rum-based mojitos for themselves, with Charles even helping press the sugar cane and produce the juice needed to make the drink.
Later Camilla met a horse as she visited an equine project, feeding the animal sugar after hearing how the mare's calm temperament had resulted in her name being shortened from Dynamite to Diane.
