Customer support is always a brutal job, but Microsoft really upped the ante back in the day when it came to suspended accounts on Xbox Live. Apparently they used to have a forum for suspended accounts to ask why they got suspended, and for some unholy reason the employees at Microsoft would actually respond to these “questions.” I put the word “questions” in quotes because as you’ll quickly see, these accounts got suspended for a reason.

Unfortunately, the forum no longer exists, but one savvy Twitter account collected a whole bunch of screenshots and it’s really something else. (It’s also kind of fucked up, which will become immediately apparent.)
