ANOTHER CRICK (1.00 Southwell) looked a natural on his chasing debut at Chepstow last time out.
He jumped well enough before coming home second over this distance.
A bit of cut in the ground is ideal and a 1lb rise in the weights gives him every chance off getting off the mark as a chaser.
GLASSY WATERS (1.50 Lingfield) looks a good prospect for the all-weather and got off the mark on his first spin on an artificial surface at Kempton last time out.
He wasn’t particularly flash when winning that race so the handicapper has put him up just a fair 4lb.
He is stepping up in distance from a mile but that shouldn’t be a major issue and he’s open to improvement after just five runs in total.

BOLD PLAN (2.30 Southwell) created a good impression when finishing a close-up second on his debut in a bumper at Wincanton in April.
He was put away after that and came back to make his hurdling debut at Newbury last month.
He travelled well there just off the pace before finishing well to take a close-up third.
He wouldn’t have to improve much on that and has all the scope you need to make a nice hurdler.

EACH-WAY DOUBLE: BELLEDESERT (12.50 Lingfield) has some decent form in the book and will appreciate having Adam Kirby in the saddle after being claimer ridden on her past two runs.
Pair her with ANTI COOL (2.40 Fakenham) who was entitled to need his comeback from two years off at Stratford last time.
He was showing plenty of promise before that break and would be dangerous if running close to that form today.
RIVIERE ARGENTEE (3.00 Southwell) has had three pretty quiet spins over hurdles so far which means her opening handicap mark looks fair enough.
She didn’t show much on the Flat last time but at least that means she’s fit and a wind operation could also bring about further improvement.

Age: 18
Height: 5ft 1in
Weight: 8st
To achieve her kick-ass figure, Hayden – who plays cheerleader Claire Bennet in Heroes – follows the ‘quartering’ rule. She eats only a quarter of the food on her plate, then waits 20 minutes before deciding whether she needs to eat again.
Hayden says: “I don’t have a model’s body, but I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m OK with what I have.”
Nicollette says: “I don’t like diets – I see it, I eat it! I believe in eating healthily with lots of protein, vegetables and carbs to give you energy.”

SATC star Kim swears by gym sessions with Russian kettle bells (traditional cast-iron weights) and the South Beach Diet to give her the body she wants. To avoid overeating, Kim has a radical diet trick – squirting lemon juice on her leftovers – so she won’t carry on picking.
Kim says: “I am no super-thin Hollywood actress. I am built for men who like women to look like women.”
