Jordan Barrett proved that old habits are hard to break on Wednesday. 

Despite being on his way to see a Energy Medicine Practitioner in Sydney's Double Bay, the 22-year-old model was seen puffing on an unhealthy cigarette.

Dressed casually in a pair of charcoal grey pinstripe pants, a charcoal grey knit sweater and black sneakers, Jordan was seen with a cigarette dangling out of his mouth while chatting on the phone.

The blonde was accompanied by fellow model and new mother Cheyenne Tozzi.

Cheyenne, 29, sported a chic ensemble for the outing, teaming black pants with a black T-shirt and matching black blazer.

She also wore white sneakers and carried an oversized designer handbag, while clutching her phone in one hand.

Cheyenne's long blonde hair was worn loose and disheveled, and she appeared fresh-faced.

The pair had arrived together, and put on an affectionate display, with Jordan pulling Cheyenne into a bear hug and planting a kiss on the side of her head.

No smoking: At one stage, a man chatting with the young star was seen gesturing towards Jordan

They were later seen deep in conversation as they left the premises.

Joining them on the outing was American model Emily Ratajkowski, who is currently in Sydney to attend the GQ Australia Men Of The Year Awards.

Emily appeared to have arrived later, accompanied by a girlfriend dressed in a similar ensemble to her and a burly bodyguard.

The 27-year-old actress and model stepped out in a pair of light blue jeans, and showed off her incredible abs in a cropped white T-shirt and taupe-coloured blazer.

She also wore white sneakers and carried a snakeskin handbag.

Her long brown hair was worn loose, and she donned brown sunglasses, gold hoop earrings and layered gold necklaces.   

Jordan is close friends with both Cheyenne and Emily, regularly sharing photos of both of them on Instagram.
