Jackie 'O' Henderson shocked fans last month when she announced her split with husband of 15 years, Lee.

And on Sunday while out with daughter Kitty, seven, in Sydney's Bondi, the radio host was all smiles after her heartache.

The 43-year-old cut a casual chic figure in a black smock top and a white denim skirt, as the pair enjoyed a coastal walk.

Jackie teamed the look with white lace-up sneakers and a black quilted Chanel handbag slung over one shoulder.

Carrying Kitty's navy zip-up jacket in one hand, the doting mother concealed her gaze behind tinted sunglasses.

Jackie's blonde locks fell loosely around her face, and she appeared to sport a minimal makeup palette.

The newly-single star walked hand-in-hand with her daughter, who looked cute in a white T-shirt, denim shorts and black thongs. 

In late October, Jackie announced on the Kyle and Jackie O show, that she and her British photographer husband Lee Henderson were splitting, after 18 years together.

The couple began dating for three years in 2000, prior to tying the knot in 2003.  

Radiant: Jackie allowed her blonde locks to flow freely and she appeared to sport a minimal makeup palette 

Relaxed: Jackie appeared relaxed and at ease as she enjoyed quality time with her daughter

At around 8:30am, she said on air: 'Lee and I, we decided to separate.'   

'It's not a decision we took lightly at all,' she revealed. 'We have been so lucky that our separation has been extremely amicable. And I know everyone says that, but we actually have remained really good friends throughout all this.'

Jackie added that they still 'talk everyday on the phone' and 'hang out as a family' with their daughter Kitty, who is coping well amid the separation.

She explained the break-up 'didn't happen overnight' for the couple, and that they have been separated 'for quite some time now'.

Jackie said that it was a 'miracle' they were able to keep the news a secret, adding that they wanted it to stay private 'for as long as [they] possibly could'.

Meanwhile Jackie told Daily Mail Australia their 'focus' going forward is on their daughter Kitty.

'After 18 years together, we have made the decision to separate. We do so amicably, sharing many incredible memories and remaining best friends,' Jackie said.

'Our focus for this next chapter is of course our wonderful daughter and continuing to provide her love and happiness, together,' she added.
