Here are all the things that happened to Freddie Mercury throughout his lifetime including details of his personal and professional life.
1946
Farrokh Bulsara was born, who later became known as Freddie Mercury.
He was born on 5 September in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
1954
He started school in St Peters English Boarding School near Bombay, India.
1964
He moved to Middlesex, England with his family at the age of 17.
1967
He joined the band “Smile”
1970
Freddie met Mary Austin when she was working in a West London boutique.
“Queen” was founded after Mercury took over the lead singer in Smile and renamed it Queen.
1975
“A Night At The Opera album was released by Queen, which included the song Bohemian Rhapsody.
The band toured in Japan.
1977
The album “News Of The World” came out, which included the song “We Will Rock You”.
Paul Prenter becomes Freddie’s manager.
1978
The album “Jazz came out, which included the song “Bicycle Race”.
1980
Queen released album “The Game” which included the song “Another One Bites The Dust”.
1984
Queen decided to take a break. During that break, Freddie Mercury decided to release a solo album called Love Kills.
1985
Queen perform at LiveAid.
Freddie starts relationship with Jim Hutton.
1988
The Open Air festival in Barcelona, on October 8th, was Freddie Mercury’s last performance.
1991
Queen released the album “Innuendo”.
Freddie Mercury announced he had AIDS on November 23.
He died on November 24 of bronchial pneumonia on November 24, 1991.
