The wife of funnyman Paddy was out on the town with footballer Phil Bardsley, 33, and his other half Tanya, 37.
They attended a lavish party at a bar in Manchester where model Christine, 30, stunned as she looked like the Who Framed Roger Rabbit cartoon character.
She and Paddy, 45, who has been signed up to front Top Gear, have started filming a new three-part fly-on-the wall series with ITV2.
