She has spent a gruelling summer working on Celebrity Big Brother so is no doubt ready to relax.

And Emma Willis was certainly in relaxation mode on Thursday as she was seen kicking back in Ibiza with her rocker husband Matt as she soaked up the sun on the beach shortly after working out at The Body Camp for the couple's health retreat getaway, without their kids, Isabelle, nine and Ace, six.

Looking every inch the beach babe, the 42-year-old TV star looked incredible in a barely-there yellow two-piece which made the most of her rippling abs while styling her trademark cropped tresses into a spunky do while her beau, who she married 10 years previously, was also displaying his fit physique.

The happy couple have been littering their social media accounts with insights into their fitness retreat, as Matt showed fans their tough workouts - with an image of their itinerary shared on Instagram.

Matt revealed he and Emma's day included a pre-breakfast fitness test, a boxing session, bleep test and an abs workout followed by a lunch break before they continued on with a cooking lesson, yoga session and breath-work class, before finally stopping for dinner - and no doubt a serious relaxation session.  

Despite their tough workouts, Matt did reveal they had some alone time, as he wrote: 'Having a lovely time just the two of us in Ibiza… went for dinner last night and then spent the day training @thebodycampibiza amazing day.'

Showing their work was truly paying off, the duo were seen kicking back while displaying their his-and-hers abs for all to see - with their incredible forms no doubt turning heads on the shore.

Later in the day, Emma peeled on a pair of barely-there denim shorts over the top of her yellow bikini yet at the start of the day she was kicking back in the tiny two-piece - to her husband's admiration.
