A MAN who used to cry himself to sleep worrying about his limp penis claims he and his partner now have sex “up to four times a night” thanks to a penis implant.
Benn King, 25, from Hanworth, west London, got hooked on Viagra and could only have sex in three positions because a rare condition meant his 8 inch penis couldn’t sustain and erection.
He first realised his manhood wasn’t staying hard while masturbating aged 16 – and then he stopped waking up with a “morning glory”.
Over the next 12 months he told how masturbation and sex became increasingly difficult as the moment he stopped stimulating it, his penis would go soft.
He felt too awkward and embarrassed to confide in his school mates or girlfriend at the time and felt he had nobody to talk to after growing up without a dad.
Benn said he used to watch hardcore porn when he was younger – sometimes several times a day – which made it difficult for him to get turned on by real-life situations.
He went to see a doctor aged 21, but was told he had been masturbating too much – leaving him more upset and anxious.
Benn then started secretly ordering Viagra online from India and would sneak off to the bathroom to take a pill before sex.
He would then perform oral sex on his then-girlfriend for 20 minutes until he was hard enough for sex.
He claims to have spent hundreds of pounds on the drug over the years, which cost around £1.50 per pill and came in packs of 20.
But thanks to his implant in 2015 – which he calls his “third testicle” – he and his girlfriend of three years Katie Marriner, 25, enjoy an active sex life.
“Most young guys have condoms in their wallets – I had Viagra in mine”, Benn recalled.
“If my supply ran out I would panic and make excuses to get out of having sex.
“Even when the drugs worked I still didn’t enjoy sex. The fear of losing my hard-on nagged me constantly.
“I became dependent on it. What girl wants to just have sex for three minutes? It just wasn’t worth it.”
After a few years Benn was plagued by suicidal thoughts and found it hard to take romantic relationships seriously.
“I would cry myself to sleep worrying about my penis”, he added.
“I started doing drugs because my body was messed up anyway – why should I care about damaging it further?”
Eventually he confessed all to his mum, who booked him an appointment with a doctor who referred him to a urologist.
Benn was diagnosed with a venous leak – where the blood doesn’t circulate properly around the penis – and he tried drugs for a few months before medics suggested a penis implant.
After five years of suffering from erectile dysfunction, Benn was booked in for an operation at University College Hospital London in 2015.
The three hour operation saw Benn fitted with an inflatable penile implant – consisting of a bag of saline fluid implanted near his bladder, a scrotum pump, and two inflatable cylinders inside his penis.
To get an erection, Benn squeezes his scrotum pump several times to help propel saline fluid into the cylinders.
“I call the pump my third testicle as that’s what it looks like,” he explained.
“It took 10 months to fully recover from the operation but in the first few weeks I was so sexually frustrated.
“Everything was incredibly swollen – my balls were the size of a grapefruit. It took me two weeks to have a w*** and even then I had to be incredibly gentle.
“I had to sit down on the toilet for three months as I just had to take it easy.
“After six or seven weeks I attempted to have sex with my girlfriend, but it just wasn’t happening. I was too sore.
“We had ‘proper’ sex three months after the operation and it was amazing.
“Over the next six months she went on top because it was something I had never experienced – and it was f*****g amazing to be honest. I just found it mind-blowing.
“Beforehand I was just restricted to missionary, standing up and doggie style, as I had to focus on keeping the blood going.”
If the couple get aroused, Benn pumps his penis by pressing on his “third testicle” about 10 times and they’re good to go.
“She’s never let down,” he said.
Benn admitted his eyes have been opened to how “vanilla” his sex life was before he had the implant.
“We started going on the internet to look up sex games where we’d throw a dice and try out all positions,” he said.
“She says she prefers my penis to what she called an ‘old fashioned’ penis. We’re just horny little rabbits now and we do it up to four times a night.
“When we’ve had enough I just press and hold my ‘third testicle’ while squeezing my penis so all the saline liquid goes back into the bag near my bladder.
“It’s like I’ve gone from driving an automatic car to a manual one.
“Because I have such an active sex life I hardly ever watch porn, but when I do it’s more enjoyable than before.”
Before his surgery, Benn admitted that his eight inch penis was a “curse” as he wasn’t able to get proper use out of it.
He explained: “The swelling made it shrink to six inches, but now it’s in the healing stages it’s now a good seven inches.”
Having started dating his girlfriend just after his operation, Benn hasn’t yet had to endure telling someone new about it.
“I suppose I would just tell someone on a night out I have a ‘special penis’ and call it something like ‘robo-penis’ and just take it in my stride,” he said.
“I would say to anyone suffering from ED to seek help straight away. There’s no need to suffer in silence.
“When I told friends they were really supportive. And this was after years of imagining they would take the mickey out of me.”

Erectile dysfunction is sometimes referred to as impotence and is characterised by the inability to get or maintain an erection.
Psychological impotence refers to when a man can’t get it up because of thoughts or feelings that are holding him back.
When impotence is caused by underlying physical health problems it tends to be longer-lasting and treatment is needed.
Depression and anxiety can both cause erectile dysfunction as a sufferer’s libido is hampered by feelings of sadness or worry.
Relationship issues, lack of sexual knowledge, and past sexual abuse can also be responsible.
Sometimes entering a new relationship is the problem and feelings of guilt are also a known cause.
There are four main types of physical condition that can cause impotence in men:
- Vasculogenic disorders such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes affect the flow of blood to your penis and cause erectile dysfunction.
- Neurogenic conditions, which affect the nerves and include disorders such as Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis, are also responsible.
- A hormonal disorder, affecting your hormones, is another example of a physical problem that can lead to impotence.
- An anatomical condition is something that affects the tissue or structure of the penis and is the fourth physical cause. Old age is also commonly associated with impotence.
It’s been revealed that men addicted to porn are at risk of erectile dysfunction because their “sexual tolerance is higher”.
Health specialists will often treat impotence by targeting an underlying health condition which is causing it, such as heart disease or diabetes.
Lifestyle changes are also recommended such as losing weight, quitting smoking, cutting back on alcohol, exercising more, and reducing stress.
Viagra, a medication to help erectile dysfunction, is now available over the counter in the UK. Aside from that, Cialis, Levitra, and Spedra can also be prescribed.
These drugs are known a Phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitors.
Sex therapists out there can also help men to get hard again but this treatment only works if the problem is psychological.
A gadget called a “Stays-Hard” is another potential treatment for impotence and could be available on the NHS in the next three years.
Benn admitted he’d always worried that his erectile dysfunction would mean he wouldn’t find love or have kids.
“No woman wants a mate for life who can’t mate,” he said.
“But now I’m confident one day I can start a family and it’s something I want to do.
