SPEEDBOAT killer Jack Shepherd’s extradition may be delayed by red tape by up to two weeks.
The fugitive, 31 who fled to Georgia a year ago, agreed to return to the UK to appeal his six-year manslaughter sentence.
Charlotte Brown, 24, died when the boat Shepherd bought to “pull women” flipped into the Thames on their first date in December 2015.
The dad of one, originally from Exeter, has made a list of demands for his return, including a private cell with CCTV monitoring and media access.
But in a hold-up that could cause an agonising delay for Charlotte’s family, it could be as late as April 15 before Shepherd returns.
His lawyer Mariam Kublashvili said: “We have to accept the court’s decision — from that day onwards it’s going to be another seven working days.

“After that has passed the ministry of justice here decides whether to extradite or not.
“As soon as the ministry approves it and sends the translated order that they consent, it’s up to the British side how they want him to be brought back. It is going to be 12 days at least.”
