Katie Price has booked in a double-chin surgery after being fat-shamed by her boyfriend Kris Boyson, say friends.
The former glamour model, 40, wants a quick-fix to tighten up her jawline after being told she needs to lose weight.
Katie was forced to deny being pregnant when photos emerged of her in a bikini on a the beach earlier this month.
It’s thought she’ll jet over to Brussels for the procedure to banish any extra fat under her chin.
A source told The Sun Online: “Kris says he’s using tough love on Katie, and if she worked out with him and watched what she ate, she’d lose weight really quickly.
“But Katie’s not prepared to put in the work – and she doesn’t think her ‘double chin’ as she keeps calling it, will shift in the gym.
“Kris was really against it, but she’s already speaking to her surgeon in Brussels, asking him to book her in for lipo around her chin and neck area and a tightening up around her jawline.
“Friends have asked Kris to back off on the bodyshaming – Katie will always take the shortcut and go under the knife rather than overhaul her diet and hit the gym.
“She looks at pictures of herself and just sees ‘five chins’ and hates it.”
Last year she underwent a facelift to transform her look after announcing she was divorcing her third husband Kieran Hayler.
Yesterday she was seen working up a sweat as she wrestled with Megan Barton-Hanson’s personal trainer Matt Fiddes.
Katie's 20 years of surgery
1998: Breast augmentation takes her from a natural B cup to a C. She also had her first liposuction.
1999: Katie then had two boob jobs in one year, going to a D cup, then an F.
2006: She goes under the knife again to take her up to a G cup.
2007: She had a rhinoplasty and veneers on her teeth this year.
2008: In a surprising u-turn, she had her boobs reduced to a 32C.
2011: Then went back up to an F cup, and got body-contouring treatment and lip and cheek fillers done the same year.
2015: After an infection, she had her breast implants removed.
2016: But changed her mind and had more implants, Botox, and lip fillers.
2017: She then had her disasterous ‘threading’ facelift, and her veneers replaced.
2018: Katie went under the knife with Dr Plovier as shown in the video.
She’s hired him to help her shift some extra weight after a now-deleted social media video showed Kris
telling Katie she needed to go on a diet.
Then in a first look at Katie’s third series of My Crazy Life, the mum-of-five was horrified at being fed courgetti in her bra and pants.
Strict PT Kris banned Katie from eating takeaways as he vowed to help his girlfriend stick to healthy eating.
