New photo Jessica Chastain shares first picture of daughter as she preps for Golden Globes

She welcomed a baby daughter last year with husband Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo.

And Jessica Chastain shared the first photo of her infant to social media on Sunday night as she prepped for the Golden Globes.

'You’ve got good taste, kid,' she captioned the snap, which showed Giuliette Passi Chastain reaching out to grab a sparkling ruby ring.

Jessica, 41, will be presenting a Golden Globe at Sunday night's ceremony. She is herself a Golden Globe winner and five-time award nominee.

Jessica's daughter is thought to be around ten months old, and was born via surrogate last April.

While she did not immediately confirm her daughter's birth, Jessica did allude to the news earlier this week in an Instagram caption.

'I know that I haven’t been as present on insta this past year. Thank you all for respecting my privacy while I was blessed with the gift of becoming a mother,' she wrote. 'I must say that 2018 has been the best year of my life. So much love and joy to all of you. Happy New Year.'

Known for keeping her personal life very private, the Interstellar star was first seen pushing a stroller in Boston on October 12 as she filmed new movie Eve.

Days later Gian Luca, 35, was seen carrying a baby car seat into a hotel with Jessica and her assistant.

Jessica and Gian Luca, an executive for Moncler, have been together for six years and married last year in a gorgeous ceremony at his family's estate, Villa Tiepolo Passi, in Treviso, Italy.

In February the Zero Dark Thirty actress said she never wanted to get married until she met Gian Luca.

'He knew that marriage wasn’t something I was interested in,' she told WSJ. Magazine.

'And then as we got to know each other, the idea of marriage shifted for me. There are some things worth celebrating — and he’s worth celebrating. … I actually love being married. I never thought I would, but this is a spectacular human being, and I am celebrating that I get to share my life with him.'

In an interview with W magazine in 2015, Jessica gushed of her Italian beau: 'He’s a gentleman and that’s very important to me. He’s from an old-school Italian family. No one in his family has ever been divorced!'

To achieve her kick-ass figure, Hayden – who plays cheerleader Claire Bennet in Heroes – follows the ‘quartering’ rule. She eats only a quarter of the food on her plate, then waits 20 minutes before deciding whether she needs to eat again.

Hayden says: “I don’t have a model’s body, but I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m OK with what I have.”

Nicollette says: “I don’t like diets – I see it, I eat it! I believe in eating healthily with lots of protein, vegetables and carbs to give you energy.”

SATC star Kim swears by gym sessions with Russian kettle bells (traditional cast-iron weights) and the South Beach Diet to give her the body she wants. To avoid overeating, Kim has a radical diet trick – squirting lemon juice on her leftovers – so she won’t carry on picking.

Kim says: “I am no super-thin Hollywood actress. I am built for men who like women to look like women.”
