And actor Hugh Grant and Swedish producer Anna Eberstein attended their first Golden Globes as husband and wife on Sunday night, as they stepped out for the 76th annual Golden Globes in Los Angeles. 

Hugh, 58, looked typically smart in a tuxedo, sporting a goatie-style beard - a far cry from his usual clean-shaven approach.

Hugh is up for the Best Actor in a Limited Series or TV Movie award for his role in A Very English Scandal.

He will battle it out for the gong against Antonio Banderas [Genius: Picasso], Daniel Bruhl [The Alienist], Darren Criss [The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story] and fellow Brit Benedict Cumberbatch [Patrick Melrose].

But it was Anna, 38, who stole focus, showing off her lithe frame in a tiny white mini-dress with a dangerously high frayed hemline.

The long-sleeved number featured matching frayed cuffs and showed off the smiley Swede's leggy pins.

She shoulders of the dress featured gold statement buttoning and she teamed the look with black strap heels.

She matched these with a simple black clutch bag.

She wore her mane up, allowing one or two strands to fall around her features.

Make-up was simple - a wash of foundation with a light glint of bronzer, nude lip gloss and a gentle brush of mascara.

She accessorised with a pair of statement drop earrings, in a metallic gold and black dual-hoop design.

The couple's appearance comes after it was reported this week that he has bought a £17.5million property in Chelsea, London.

According to The Sun, the Florence Foster Jenkins actor bought the six-bedroom semi-detached home at the end of last year.

He moved in with Anna and their three children and it's on one of the most exclusive streets in the area.

Their neighbours include Pippa Middleton and her husband James Matthews.
