Billie Piper has received the perfect Christmas present. The star of Doctor Who and Secret Diary Of A Call Girl has given birth to her first daughter.
'Mother and baby are healthy and happy,' a friend tells me.
The girl — who has not yet been named — is Billie's first child with rock singer Johnny Lloyd.
Piper has two sons, Winston, ten, and Eugene, six, with ex-husband Laurence Fox, the star of TV's Lewis.

Lord Melchett's will reveals his plan to marry
Eco peer Peter Melchett, who died last summer at the age of 70, famously declined to marry his companion of 45 years, Cassandra 'Cass' Wedd, to ensure that his title would expire with him, rather than pass to their son, Jay.
