JENNIFER Garner has officially divorced husband Ben Affleck days after he left rehab.
PEOPLE claims it has seen court documents showing the couple have ended their marriage three years after separating.
The actress this week was said to be “trying to speed up her divorce” to ensure that she’s single by the end of the year.
The mum-of-thre asked the divorce judge to move their case from the court system to a private judge – to hurry the process along.
Now American websites claim the power couple have finalised their divorce after meeting up at Jennifer’s house alongside lawyers and a private judge yesterday.
It comes after Ben broke his silence on his rehab stay, after completing a 40 day treatment programme.
It was Jennifer – who shares Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, six with the actor – who encouraged Ben to go to rehab to be “the best father he can be”.
Yesterday Ben spoke for the first time about his “difficult struggle” with addiction.
The Hollywood actor told fans he was “fighting for himself and family”.
In an emotional post on Instagram, the 46-year-old said: “This week I completed a forty day stay at a treatment center for alcohol addiction and remain in outpatient care.
“The support I have received from my family, colleagues and fans means more to me than I can say.
“It’s given me the strength and support to speak about my illness with others.”
But the actor – best known for his roles in Good Will Hunting, Pearl Harbour and Batman – said he understands it will be a lifelong battle.
He said: “Battling any addiction is a lifelong and difficult struggle.
“Beause of that, one is never really in or out of treatment. It is a full-time commitment.
“I am fighting for myself and my family.
“So many people have reached out on social media and spoken about their own journeys with addiction.
“To those people, I want to say thank you.

“Your strength is inspiring and is supporting me in ways I didn’t think was possible.
“It helps to know I am not alone.”
The dad-of-three also said he hopes to be an “example” to those battling the same addiction after his “courage” to seek help.
“As I’ve had to remind myself, if you have a problem, getting help is a sign or courage, not weakness or failure.
“With acceptance and humility, I continue to avail myself with the help of so many people and I am grateful to all those who are there for me.
“I hope down the road I can offer an example to others who are struggling.”
