TWO leading ex-refs called for Jordan Pickford to face a FA disciplinary probe for “elbowing” West Ham’s Michail Antonio.
Keith Hackett and Mark Halsey both claimed FA beaks should look at the first half clash which went unnoticed by referee Martin Atkinson.
But Sun Sport understands the FA have looked at the incident and will not take any action as there is no conclusive evidence of a violent conduct offence.
Video clips shows Pickford catching the ball on the edge of his six-yard box before noticing Antonio running towards him.
As the West Ham players gets closer, Pickford lifts his left elbow, seeming to strike Antonio a glancing blow.
The West Ham man made no complaint and the incident passed by without comment at the time.

But Hackett, referee for the 1981 FA Cup Final, and former Prem whistler Halsey both suggested on social media that the FA should study the clip.
Hackett said: The FA should look at this and in my view take retrospective action against the goalkeeper.”
Halsey added: “It doesn’t look good.”
FA disciplinary chiefs have seen the footage but do not deem it worthy of punishment.
The England No.1s actions will have been seen as a protective gesture as he saw Antonio sprinting in his direction, rather than a deliberate act.
