Ulrika Jonsson hinted at her marriage troubles a month before announcing her shock split from third husband Brian Monet.
In a cryptic Instagram post, the former TV weathergirl wrote in February: 'Thing is. Nothing fun about divorce. Even less fun when kids are involved.
'While last year was utterly black and bleak and absolutely everything felt negative, I'm gradually managing to glean morsels of a different reality which feels a tiny, tiny bit wonderful at times.
'Like, the situation has forced us to spend our time differently. And in a busy, heavily populated house that can now mean special one-on-one, in little corners of this new family.

The Swedish-born star, 51, has revealed her 11-year marriage to US advertising executive Monet was over after counselling failed
'Fractured, yes, and a deviation from where I thought life was headed. But at the same time I find the occasional, harmonious bit of closeness in a way I never did before. #loveishard #lovingiseasy'
The Swedish-born star, 51, revealed her 11-year marriage to US advertising executive Monet was over after counselling failed.
Mother-of-four Miss Jonsson told Best magazine: 'You can only resolve problems with another person. If I'm honest, getting another divorce age 51 is not where I thought I would be, so who knows?
'I just don't know what shape my future will take. I can't contemplate dating again. Then again, I've said I will never marry again before, and I did.'
News of the marriage split comes after the Swede posted several pictures on social media of herself looking downcast or drawn. On one, in August, she wrote: 'Yesterday was a tough day.
'Dealing with a lot of things. And yes, I know there are always people worse off. But that's not how it works. Please don't feel obliged to leave kind comments - I'm not fishing for sympathy.'
Ulrika, who rose to fame in 1989 as Good Morning Britain's weather girl, has been married three times and got hitched to cameraman John Turnbull in 1990

Ulrika became involved with German hotelier Markus Kempen (pictured), with whom she had daughter Bo. Markus walked out on them amid much trauma, with Bo requiring major heart surgery just after she was born and then later in 2000
Miss Jonsson married US advertising executive Mr Monet, 50, in March 2008. They have a son, Malcolm, born three months later. The couple renewed their wedding vows in 2012 in Barbados.
Miss Jonsson's first marriage, from 1990 to 1995, was to cameraman John Turnbull. They have a son Cameron, 24. She then had a stormy relationship with footballer Stan Collymore, a relationship with German hotel manager Marcus Kempen - by whom she had daughter Bo, 19 - and a highly-publicised affair with then England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson.
In 2002, Miss Jonsson met her second husband, Lance Gerrard-Wright, while presenting TV show Mr Right, on which she was trying to find him a partner.
They married in 2003. Their daughter Martha was born in 2004 but the marriage ended a year later. Miss Jonsson told Best that she has always felt hostility in the UK for having four children with four different men.

Ulrika shares a son Malcolm, 10, with Brian - who is believed to be 50. The couple began their relationship in 2006, married in 2008, and Brian adopted Ulrika's daughter Bo, now 18, in 2014
'I came from Sweden! There is a real feeling of the sisterhood there that I never felt here,' she said. 'Sometimes, I felt antagonism. Women can be awful to other women. OK, I'm biologically a 4x4. But plenty of men father children and then disappear, and they are treated like loveable, if randy, old goats.
'Then women like me, whose romantic dreams have fallen apart - but who work hard to provide loving homes for children - are vilified.'
Miss Jonsson appeared without her wedding ring on ITV's Lorraine yesterday, alongside her daughter Martha, 14, to promote their contribution to Channel 4's series Let's Talk About Sex.
