British model Lizzie Bowden has been identified as the woman that was pictured on a night out with Jamie Redknapp during the weekend. 

The retired professional footballer, 45, who divorced his ex Louise Redknapp in 2017 after 19 years of marriage, looked in good spirits as he enjoyed his Friday evening with the photogenic beauty, 34, in London. 

Speaking of his reported new love interest, a source told The Sun: 'Jamie has bided his time out of courtesy to Louise. They're still close but now might be the time he finally starts dating again.'

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Jamie for further comment. 

It isn't difficult to see why Lizzie has caught the attention of Jamie, given her striking good looks, sensational physique and sought after modelling career.

Lizzie has modelled for high profile campaigns for the likes of New Look and Wallis.

In 2016, she was romantically linked to Rolling Stones icon Ronnie Wood's son Tyrone, and three years prior to that she was thought to be in a romance with fashion designer Dan MacMillan - the great-grandson of former British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan.

Lizzie also reportedly has a five-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. 

Lizzie's Instagram platform shows her love for travelling and fitness, with the stunner sharing a plethora of snaps from idyllic locations or from gruelling gym workouts. 

Jamie has not yet confirmed whether he is in a new relationship with Lizzie.

Meanwhile, Jamie's ex-wife Louise admitted it was 'easy to blame' him for her self-esteem issues as she reflected on their marriage in a recent interview with The Mail On Sunday's You Magazine.

In the candid discussion, the singer, 44, confessed she should have 'spoken up' about her personal struggles to the former footballer before their divorce in 2017.

The former Eternal member, who split from Jamie after 19 years of marriage, shared: 'I wish, three years ago, I’d been able to just speak up. For a long time it was easy to blame him.'

Louise detailed: 'In the past six months, I’ve thought, you know what, it was down to me to say, ''Something’s not right. My self-esteem is really struggling. I’ve got no passion. I love my kids more than anything in the world.''

'I love what I do, too, and I haven’t quite got the guts to go out and try to do it again', the blonde added.

With hindsight, the mother-of-two reflected: 'I just didn’t speak up. I don’t blame anyone else for that.

'I wish I’d just gone, ''Right, the kids are getting older, and I love my job and I’m going to give it a real go, and Jamie, if you don’t like it, tough. But if you do like it, let’s talk about it."'

The exes are doting parents to their two sons - Charles, 14, and Beau, 10.

Louise has thrown herself back into work commitments, and is currently starring in 9 to 5: The Musical.
