THE cast of 2006 film This Is England reunited for the film’s child star, Thomas Turgoose’s, wedding.
Thomas shot to fame after playing Shaun in the film and its subsequent TV series – he was aged just 13 when he landed the role.
The actor, now 26, married Charlotte Revell in a picturesque New Year’s Eve ceremony, with his former castmates by his side.
Jo Hartley, who played his onscreen mum Cynth, Stephen Graham, who played Combo, Andrew Shim, who starred as Milky, and Andrew Ellis, who portrayed Gadget, were also in attendance.
This Is England, set in 1983, was a huge success when released in the noughties – and followed Thomas’ character Shaun as he earned the respect of a gang of skinheads after he stood up to them.
Graham’s Combo was a racist ex-convict who Shaun sides with during a divide in the gang – with the villain unfortunately becoming a father figure to the young boy.
The film was so well-loved that it spawned three TV series, which followed the characters in the years 86, 88, and 90.
Vicky McClure, who played Lol Jenkins in the film, was also at Thomas and Charlotte’s wedding – sharing a selection of snaps from the big day.
She captioned the sweet post: “Definitely best way to see the new year in… With loads of love! Huge congratulations @thomasturgoose1 & @charlottelucy92”.
The groom also shared some pictures with his fans, including one of himself and Charlotte being covered in confetti as they celebrated their nuptials.
He wrote: “Oi can we talk about me marrying my best mate yesterday?”
Thomas then posted a picture of himself and his bride with all of the This Is England co-stars who attended.
He simply captioned the image: “Family”, alongside the heart emoji.
Needless to say, fans were delighted with the reunion, with one commenting: “Why do I feel like its members of my family? Like, where was my invite guys?”
