JOSIES ORDERS should tame the Tiger in the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase.

Tiger Roll has his first run since landing the Grand National but top weight could be enough to anchor Gordon Ellliott’s ace.

Hold your Breath for the BetVictor Handicap Chase.

A HARE BREATH has a great record first time out. He’s not stood much racing over the years but in the three times he’s returned from a summer break he’s won twice and was fourth in the Greatwood Hurdle at this meeting on the other.

Ben Pauling’s hope is well treated on his hurdles form and this will be much easier than his last two chase tasks.

Bun Doran has the ability to take this and he’s not badly treated. He ran well when runner-up on his comeback last season but he’s just too one-paced for my liking.

Doitforthevillage won this race 12 months ago and he’s only a couple of pounds higher today. The worry is that he’s not had a run this time.

GO the full Moon in this hot novices’ chase.

Striking grey WHITE MOON looked a cracking prospect early last season. This Irish point winner bolted up on his hurdles debut at Wincanton and then did a similar job on a decent field at Exeter.

It’s not hard to forgive his subsequent effort when upped in grade as it was just too bad to be true. He missed the rest of the season so it’s fair to assume there was some kind of problem. Colin Tizzard’s ace has the potential to be very good over fences.

Jerrysback hasn’t been seen for nearly two years when making it two from two over hurdles. He’s always looked like a chaser.

Le Breuil and Jenkins both picked up penalties for winning meaningless two-runner races.

Get under Orders for the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase.

JOSIES ORDERS has stacks of form over these unique fences. He’s won three times around this track and he was third behind Bless The Wings in this race last year.

The weights favour him this time and his distant sixth behind Tiger Roll at the Festival came on ground softer than ideal.

All eyes will be on Grand National hero Tiger Roll. He warmed up for Aintree by winning the Festival’s cross country race but that’s a level-weights contest. His hefty burden makes him vulnerable.

Play it Cool in the Ballymore Novices’ Hurdle.

COOLANLY won a good bumper on his debut and he faced some pretty stiff tasks after switching to hurdles.

He came up against unbeaten Vinndication on his first try and things didn’t get much easy when pitched in against Samcro at the Festival. His fifth behind Lalor at Aintree was perhaps best effort and Fergal O’Brien plotted a similar campaign with subsequent Grade 1 winner Poetic Rhythm the previous year.

His fall at Chepstow on his comeback was just unfortunate and it doesn’t bother me. Double Treasure was runner-up in that race and he could prove to be the biggest threat.

Darlac couldn’t have won much easier on his hurdles debut at Fontwell but he’ll find this far tougher.

I’m more worried about Pym.

Hayden Panettiere
Size: 8
Age: 18
Height: 5ft 1in
Weight: 8st

To achieve her kick-ass figure, Hayden – who plays cheerleader Claire Bennet in Heroes – follows the ‘quartering’ rule. She eats only a quarter of the food on her plate, then waits 20 minutes before deciding whether she needs to eat again.

Hayden says: “I don’t have a model’s body, but I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m OK with what I have.”

Nicollette says: “I don’t like diets – I see it, I eat it! I believe in eating healthily with lots of protein, vegetables and carbs to give you energy.”

SATC star Kim swears by gym sessions with Russian kettle bells (traditional cast-iron weights) and the South Beach Diet to give her the body she wants. To avoid overeating, Kim has a radical diet trick – squirting lemon juice on her leftovers – so she won’t carry on picking.

Kim says: “I am no super-thin Hollywood actress. I am built for men who like women to look like women.”
