THIS VIDEO appears to show ‘prostitutes’ pickpocketing men by hugging them on the Benidorm strip.
A holidaymaker filmed the women stood on a street corner close to the town’s so-called English quarter, which is a magnet for British tourists.
The video shows the women loitering on a zebra crossing waiting for potential targets to cross.
First a man in a white T shirt is grabbed by a woman who drapes her arms around his neck and tries to straddle him.
He wrestles her off but he’s followed by another woman who also grabs him – but she too is rebuffed.
Later, a different woman targets a tourist and is clearly seen patting his pockets.
Another ‘prostitute’ is then seen trying to slip her hand inside the pockets of another holidaymaker wearing pink shorts as he crosses the road.
One man, eating a takeaway pizza, is circled by the woman – but jogs off when one of them pats his pocket.
The video was recorded by a Dutch tourist and posted on Facebook.
He wrote: “Share this warning with your Benidorm friends: stealing and robbing prostitutes near the strip in Benidorm…
“WARNING: stay far away from them !!! they pickpocket your wallet and are after golden necklesses … …Very bad creatures ! ! !”

A Facebook page called Benidorm Robberies, Muggings and the Pea Men has highlighted the problem and warned travellers to stay alert.
One victim wrote on the page recently: “We arrived home yesterday to the UK after having an awful week last week in Benidorm.
“My 84-year-old dad had his wallet stolen 5 minutes after getting off the coach outside Don Pancho Hotel and also on Wednesday afternoon in the indoor market my sister had her wallet stolen.
“I would just like to say to all people going over there to be very, very careful.”
