KATE Middleton is back to work next month, six months after she started maternity leave.
The 36-year-old last carried out an official engagement on March 22 when she met with schoolchildren as part of a Commonweath event.
Then, Kate appeared to enjoying herself during her last day of official engagements, joining Prince William at the Olympic Park’s Copper Box arena in Stratford, east London, for an event staged by SportsAid, a national charity helping the next generation of Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth champions.
Prince Louis arrived at hospital in London nearly exactly a month later on April 23, 2018.
Although Kate has been seen in public since – at the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, at the tennis and for Louis’ Christening – these were not official engagements.
But on Tuesday she will visit to the Sayers Croft Forest School and Wildlife Garden at Paddington Recreation Ground, London.
Kensington Palace confirmed the news on their official Twitter page – and Kate’s fans were delighted.
But it’s unlikely to be the last we will see of the Duchess in the coming weeks.
It’s believed she will join Prince William at an event to mark Mental Health Day in early October.
The couple have long advocated the importance of talking about mental health.
And October 12 Kate will join guests at the wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank at Windsor Castle.

Hayden says: “I don’t have a model’s body, but I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m OK with what I have.”
