GARY Lineker has admitted that soiling himself while playing for the Three Lions in the 1990 World Cup was his “worst ever moment”.
The England legend, 58, told a Q&A session at the New Wimbledon Theatre, South West London, of his team-mates reaction when he was hauled off by then manager Bobby Robson.

He said: “Gary Stevens comes up to me and goes, ‘What’s wrong, Gal?’ You can actually see it if you watched it, ‘I’ve s**t myself’.
The Match Of The Day host spoke of his embarrassment in the tie against the Republic of Ireland.
He said: “The tunnel was on the other side of the pitch so I had to sit on the bench as my team-mates shuffled away.
“I was sitting in my own s***. That’s World Cup football for you.”
