Dr Pimple Popper treated a man with a large cyst on his chest in another stomach-churning episode of her hit TV show.
Dr Sandra Lee, 37, was visited by American patient Victor, 37, who had been living with the growth for years and had even nicknamed it 'Larry the Lump'.
On seeing the hard mass, Dr Lee assumed it was a benign tumour, however she was shocked to discover it was actually a cyst filled with oozing black gunk.

The semi-solid substance, largely made up of old, dead, wet skin cells was squeezed out
Explaining the situation on the episode that aired in the US last night, easy-going Victor said: 'I thought it was a pimple when I first noticed it a few years ago.
'So I popped it and I remember a ton of stuff came out, and it just sort of scabbed over - I thought I was good.
Victor, pictured, said he first thought the growth was a pimple when it first emerged a few years ago but it returned even after he popped it
Dr Lee examined the hard mass, pictured, and determined it was likely a benign tumour
The mass had grown steadily over a number of years to the point where Victor nicknamed it 'Larry the Lump'
Dr Lee explained the procedure would require extra care as the mass was located above important organs
'But over the years that scab got bigger, into this big hard growth it is today. I've actually named him "Larry the Lump" and he needs to get out the way.'
Dr Lee examined the hard mass and determined it was likely a benign tumour that needed to be removed.
However she explained it would be a difficult procedure as it was located above important organs.
When Dr Lee cut into the growth, pictured, it became clear it was not a benign tumour
Instead the mass on his chest began leaking black sludge, indicating it was in fact a cyst
The lump of dead skin cells was slowly and carefully removed from the cyst by Dr Lee
She said: 'When I'm removing a growth in this spot, I have to use a gentle surgical technique. I only want to go just as deep as I need to - not any further.'
However Dr Leee cut into the lump and it began leaking black sludge, indicating it was in fact a cyst.
Victor left delighted with the results - and was pleased 'Larry' had left for good.
Afterwards Dr Pimple Popper stitched up Victor's chest, pictured, and he was left with a small scar
The patient, pictured was thrilled to have said goodbye to 'Larry the Lump' for good
