There’s good news for Harry Redknapp, John Barrowman and other contestants as the Australia’s Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) has cancelled its warning for a severe thunderstorm which was predicted to hit southeast Queensland on Monday morning Australia time.
The bureau said: “The immediate threat of severe thunderstorms has passed, but the situation will continue to be monitored and further warnings will be issued if necessary.”
Though no thunderstorms are expected to hit the I’m A Celebrity camp base, train is predicted on Thursday, with the precipitation percentage being 90 per cent, according to Weather.com.
The I’m A Celebrity camp is situated in Dungay Creek, a former banana plantation in the southern region of Springbrook National Park, in Queensland, near the border of New South Wales.
After the rain clears by Wednesday morning, contestants will enjoy Aussie summer weather as temperatures will reach 33C.
Temperatures will continue to surge, reaching 30C by Thursday despite a new bout of showers, and the week will likely end with sunny warm days.

Celebrities who have headed into the jungle for the new series include actor and entertainer John Barrowman; comedy actor Emily Atack; singer Fleur East and TV’s “The Governess” Anne Hegerty.
They’re joined by Corrie star Sair Khan; TV presenter Nick Knowles; popstar James McVey; football manager Harry Redknapp; actor Rita Simons; Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer, with TV legend Noel Edmunds this year’s late arrival on the show.
The series, now in its 18th year, started on Sunday.
