FAMISHED campmates on I’m A Celebrity have shed up to four stone after a week living off minimal food rations.
The hot and humid conditions also helped spark dramatic weight loss among the 11 contestants.
Ex-football manager Harry Redknapp, 71, actor John Barrowman, 51, TV host Nick Knowles, 56, and Chase quizzer Anne Hegerty, 60, are believed to have lost the most on the show so far.
But the younger crew — including actress Emily Atack, 28, singer Fleur East, 31, and Hollyoaks hunk Malique Thompson-Dwyer, 20 — have also noticed a change in their bodies.
Half of the campmates spent the first few days eating nothing but rice and beans in basic camp Snake Rock. But Harry said he had not even been enjoying the so-called “luxury” meals, such as emu, alpaca neck and kangaroo.
He said: “I’ve struggled to eat the food in the camp. I don’t think I’ve really ate anything.”
Last night Emily — who had a heart-to-heart with Noel Edmonds, 69 — said her clothes no longer fitted her because she had shed so much weight.
She said: “These were tight when I came in here. I just want to lose a bit of weight so that when I get home and it’s Christmas I have a bit of room and can put it back on again. I love food so much, I love cheese and champagne and salads, fries, yum.” A jungle source said: “It’s been a really tough week for the campmates, especially with the lack of food and hunger. They have noticed their body weight falling off.
“We believe between them the campmates have lost around four stone. What the celebs are eating is very healthy, from veg to meat protein and fish and that is absorbed quickly by the body.

“Medic Bob encourages them to drink three litres of water a day. It not only hydrates them but also helps to fill them up.”
Anne admitted last week she has been “struggling” with the hunger.
But the insider added: “The weight loss doesn’t do any permanent damage, and most pile it back on within three weeks, especially in the build-up to Christmas. The celebs see it as a detox, although at the time it’s very difficult as they have nothing to distract from the hunger.”
