Australian reality star Josie Capllonch has opened up about the pricey plastic surgery makeover that transformed her from a sweet brunette into a Barbie doll bombshell.
The 31-year-old, who starred on Channel Seven's Please Marry My Boy and Love Island Sweden, told Daily Mail Australia that she's spent over $50,000 on everything from multiple boob jobs to a Brazilian butt lift.
'I look nothing like I used to and people love to hate on it,' she boasted.

Josie revealed that she's had two boob jobs, a nose job, Botox, fillers in her cheeks, lips, and jawline, and even a Brazilian butt lift to plump up her derriere.
'For the Brazilian butt lift, they transferred fat from my stomach, back, and inner thighs to my booty,' she explained.
While the BBL only set her back $5000, Josie admits that her two boobs jobs cost $10,000 a pop, her nose job was $18,000, and that her fillers and Botox total over $4,000 a year.

Instead of being satisfied with her new look, the stunning star says she's planning to go back under the knife for a third boob job, a second nose job, and eyelid surgery.
Explaining her reasons for undergoing another breast augmentation, Josie said that her last procedure left her with scarring and the wrong sized nipples.
'I wanted smaller nipples last time, but it backfired and now I got huge scars all around my nipples and they've gotten even bigger now.'
She added: 'I'm not comfortable without a bra on, which I hate.'

Josie, who is Swedish but is based between L.A. and Sydney, was a 24-year-old tourism student when she tried to woo Matt Kenny on Please Marry My Boy.
She was briefly linked to Penrith Panthers player Sandor Earl after the series, but faded away from the spotlight after that.
She returned to screens last month for a short stint on Love Island Sweden.

Despite being unlucky in love on reality television, the personal trainer hasn't ruled out another on-screen romance in the future.
'I've tried everything to find love and failed, so I'd definitely give it another shot,' she admitted.
'I think people who go on TV to find love are open minded and a little bit crazy, just like me,' she continued. 'I can't do normal, boring people!'

The Swedish-Australian stunner recently expressed her disappointment over her Love Island Sweden appearance, claiming that she was booted from the show too early.
'When I applied for Love Island Sweden in March this year, I did so with the obvious intention and hope of finding love,' she said.
Unfortunately, her dreams were shattered when she entered the villa as a late season intruder which saw her quickly eliminated from the show.

She added: 'I put my self out there and opened my self up to an experience I thought was going to change my life forever, only to be used in a production for viewer value.'
