It seems that just like many of us, Pia Miller was suffering from a case of 'Mondayitis'  on Monday.  

For the former Home And Away star posted a throwback picture of herself relaxing by the ocean, along with the caption 'from where I would rather be'.

In the photograph, the 34-year-old beauty is seen showing off her incredible body in a skimpy khaki bikini.

The post also appeared to be part of an advertisement for vitamin brand, Caltrate.

Just days ago Pia enjoyed a trip to Bangkok, Thailand, and shared a picture of herself wearing the same bikini alongside makeup artist pal Filomena Natoli.

The mother-of-two and model humorously captioned the image 'Sun's out, mums out'.

Pia recently told Stellar her stunning good looks haven't given her an 'easier time' in life.

I definitely haven’t had an easier time because I look a certain way,' she told Stellar.

'Who I am has nothing to do with how I look.'

The Chilean Australian beauty was first discovered at 14 after winning a modelling competition for Dolly Magazine.

After having her eldest son Isaiah at just 19, she went on to star in a string of campaigns for Myer, Qantas, Midas and Star Casino before turning her attentions to acting and landing her breakthrough role as Summer Bay copper, Katarina 'Kat' Chapman.

But Pia admitted to Stellar that stardom was never her dream.

'Fame was never the objective,' she told the magazine, 'the only reason I [pursued] modelling after having Isaiah was to provide for him.'
