New photo Eva Longoria exercises with newborn in a Gold Coast park

She gave birth to her first child Santiago Enrique in June. 

And on Saturday, Hollywood actress Eva Longoria had that new mum glow when she was spotted exercising in a Gold Coast park.

Enjoying the mild spring day, the former Desperate Housewives star, 43, donned black activewear for the outing.

The brunette beauty used her adorable youngster as a resistance weight.

In Australia to film the Dora The Explorer movie, Eva first went for a walk with the newborn, before doing a set of lunges and lifts with the baby.

Sitting on a grassy knoll, the Golden Globe-nominated actress did a number of stretches.

Stretching! Eva, who is in Australia to film Dora The Explorer, was spotted doing a number of moves while sitting on the grass with her newborn son Santiago, who arrived in June

Baby weight! During the workout session, Eva was spotted lifting Santiago into the air as a resistance weight, while enjoying the mild spring weather Down Under

At times, the Vogue covergirl sat baby Santiago on the grass as she smiled and laughed while playing with him.

For the outing, Eva wore all black activewear, which included a T-shirt emblazoned with the words 'Weekend Warrior', along with black tracksuit pants.

The new mother accessorised with chic mirrored aviator sunglasses along with a stylish blue Adidas cap.

Into the air! Eva donned black activewear for the session, which saw her lift the youngster gently into the air while working out  

Cheeky kiss! At one stage, Eva gave the newborn a gentle kiss on the head 

Tender! Eva put on a very affectionate display with the newborn, going in for a second round of kisses while the pair exercised together 

Lunges! The former Desperate Housewives star performed a number of lunges with the baby, who appeared content to be used as a weight

She finished the look with a pair of pristine white Adidas joggers.    

Elsewhere, Eva was pictured taking in the flora and fauna of the Gold Coast, while enjoying a coastal walk in the tourist mecca.

Last month, it was announced Eva would star in the live action film version of Dora The Explorer playing the title character's mother, Elena.

In June, the accomplished starlet, who holds a Master's Degree in Chicano Studies, gave birth to Santiago Enrique who she shares with husband Jose 'Pepe' Baston.  

She called him a 'beautiful blessing', after the birth at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Recently speaking on UK talk show Lorraine, Eva was candid about getting back into shape.

'I have a long way to go,' Eva said. 

'[Santiago] was fully cooked, so I just kept getting bigger and bigger.'

She added: 'It's definitely going to take some effort to get back to the way I was (before becoming pregnant).'
