Chelsea will be aiming to continue their 100 per cent start to the season as they play Cardiff City at Stamford Bridge, while defending champions City are at home to Fulham.

Arsenal make the trip to Newcastle United, while Bournemouth host Leicester City and Huddersfield welcome Crystal Palace.
