Donny Galella is Australia's stylist to the stars.

And it's no surprise that the country's biggest celebrities turn to the fashionista, given the devotion he shows to his clients.

On Wednesday night, dedicated Donny was seen making last minute adjustments to the looks of his clients even after they had arrived at the Dally M Awards in Sydney.

As stunning model Tegan Martin posed for pictures on the red carpet, an over excited Donny was seen fixing up her hair. 

With his sleeves rolled up and an intense look on his face, the scrupulous stylist was well and truly in his element. 

Tegan sported a million dollar smile for the camera, appearing oblivious as her aide worked away behind her. 

That's dedication: Elsewhere, Donny was spotted ruffling up the dress of WAG, Anne Gallen

Elsewhere, Donny was spotted tending to the dresses of WAGs Anne Gallen and Nicole Slater.

As Anne posed with her husband Paul Gallen, the stylist got down on his hands and knees in order to make sure the brunette's red dress was ruffled to perfection.  

Nicole was then seen smiling down at Donny as he fixed the bottom of her printed frock.

Her husband Billy Slater was seen hovering in the background as he watched the primping and preening in process. 

Donny has been an A-list stylist for many years,and frequently appears on The Morning Show.
