They made very controversial exits from The Bachelor mansion last week, alongside fellow villain Alisha Aitken-Radburn.

But 'mean girls' Cat Henesey and Romy Poulier aren't wasting any time on heartbreak. 

The pair had a ball as they enjoyed a night out at Smoke BBQ restaurant in Brisbane on Tuesday.

The two girls looked carefree as they giggled, held hands and kissed each other on the cheek during the outing.

Both dressed casually on the night, with Cat wearing a red floral dress and a black leather jacket.

She teamed her look with white sneakers and carried a black over the shoulder bag.

Romy meanwhile opted for double denim, tucking a white T-shirt into her high-waisted jeans.

The blonde accessorised with a slick of bright red lipstick, leopard-print sandals on her feet and a cream shoulder bag.

At the eatery, the girls appeared to enjoy a lively conversation and sipped both red and white wine.

They were in high spirits and hugged each other while sitting at the table, presumably talking about their experiences on The Bachelor with Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins.

She was asked to leave the mansion by the rugby star for her 'bullying' antics. 

Romy meanwhile received a rose from Nick, but turned it down and chose to leave the show. 

'I don't think I'll ever speak to him again,' Cat proclaimed. 

'It's changed my opinion of Nick.'

Friends indeed: Romy and Cat struck up a close friendship while appearing on the reality TV show  

She added: 'If someone is going to believe what other girls have to say before they get to know me, they're not the right guy for me anyway.'

Before last Thursday's rose ceremony, Nick sat Cat down for a chat and asked her to leave.

He told the tearful brunette: 'It seems that there's a bit of commotion that's been happening lately... I'm just wondering why, now, there's so many times your name keeps popping up.'

Cat started to cry, and replied: 'I hope you don't believe that. Like, yeah, I'm competitive and you see that side of me and you see my confidence when I come in, but, like, I'm definitely not a mean person.' 

She then insisted: 'I have a heart of gold!'

However Nick failed to agree, telling Cat: 'I think it's time to leave.'

Meanwhile on Friday, Cat took to Instagram to respond to trolls who have slammed her online, saying: 'No one deserves to be told to kill themselves!'
