Justin Bieber made headlines back in 2010 when he reportedly lost his temper with production staff ahead of a performance on Australian breakfast show Sunrise.
And the program's former producer Jay Cagatay has revealed what really happened that day, confirming that the then 16-year-old pop star did indeed have a meltdown.
Speaking on the TV Blackbox podcast this week, Jay claimed that Justin told a crew member who was trying to attach a microphone to him: 'Don't ever f**king touch me again!'

Jay explained that Justin's scheduled performance at Sydney's Circular Quay was cancelled that day because the number of 'tweens and teens' in the crowd became a safety issue, so Justin had to perform at the Sunrise studio in Martin Place instead.
'He may have been a little stressed getting the last minute change,' Jay said. 'Just before he was about to perform, Nick, our floor manager, went to put a mic on him.
'[Justin] hadn't said anything, he walked in at that point completely silent. Nick, he didn't even say anything to Justin himself, he said, "Hang on a second, mate," [and] went to put him on and Justin yelled, "Don't ever f**king touch me again!" after the lapel mic was on.'

Former Studio 10 producer and TV Blackbox host Rob McKnight then described the Baby hitmaker, now 24, as an 'arrogant little s**t'.
Jay added that it was a particularly awkward atmosphere on set after Justin's outburst because all of the staff had heard what he said.
After the incident was reported at the time, Justin denied the claims on Twitter.

Ouch! Speaking on the TV Blackbox podcast, Jay claimed that Justin told a crew member who was trying to attach a microphone to him: 'Don't ever f**king touch me again!'
He tweeted: 'Family time with my mom couldn't come at a better time... I was raised to respect others and not gossip... nor answer gossip with anger.
'I know my friends, family and fans know the person I am. Hearing adults spread lies and rumours is part of the job I guess. But all I have to say is... kill 'em with kindness.'
Jay added that Sunrise co-host David Koch could back up his claim, telling listeners: 'It's Justin Bieber's word against mine. Make your mind up on who to believe.'

As reported back in 2010, Kochie spoke to Australian radio station Mix FM about the incident and said that Justin needed 'a slap'.
'We had him on and he was a thoroughly nice bloke… really decent guy,' he said.
'Our floor manager was directing him to where he was about to perform and he turned around to Nick and said: "Don't ever f**king touch me again".
'And then [Bieber's] sound guy... said, "Don't take offence, mate, he tells us that all the time".'

According to The Daily Telegraph at the time, seven other Sunrise employees supported this version of events.
Justin performed on Sunrise again after the incident, last appearing on the Channel Seven show in 2015.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Justin's management for comment.
