The model, 27, showed off her toned legs and wash-board mid-riff at Teatro Alla Scala, Milan on Sunday.
She wore a silk-textured mustard jacket by Roberto Cavalli with nothing underneath.
Emily paired it with matching yellow hotpants, strappy white sandals and gold disc earrings.
The Green Carpet Awards celebrates sustainable and ethical fashion, and is the closing event at Milan Fashion Week.
Emily had to share the limelight with other stunning stars including Victoria’s Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio.
The mum-of-two beamed for the cameras in the dramatic frock.
Brazilian bombshell Alessandra, 37, displayed her amazing curves in a black patterned plunging gown, which was pinched in at the waist with a black velvet belt.
Victoria’s Secret and Max Factor model Stella Maxwell looked equally stunning in a plunging corset and matching high-waisted trousers.
Her outfit had a silver seam trim and was paired with black heels and dark, smoky eye make-up.
Hours earlier she stunned at the Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2019 runway show.
Portuguese model Sara Sampaio looked glam in a flowy peach dress with plunging neckline and a skirt slashed to the waist.
She wore towering matching heels and her chocolate locks tied up in a bun.

The dramatic design offered a shock of colour along with her red stiletto heels
GLOW and Bojack Horesman star Alison Brie takes the green theme literally in a stunning floor-length dress with jewel detail and silver top.
They joined the likes of Julianne Moore, Cindy Crawford, Elle Macpherson,Czech model and philanthropist Petra Nemcova, Colin Firth and his wife Livia Giuggioli at the star-studded event.
