DONALD Trump’s Supreme Court nominee has been accused of sexual misconduct by a second woman.
Brett Kavanaugh is accused of shoving his penis in the face of Yale classmate, Deborah Ramirez during the 1983-84 school year.
It comes weeks after he denied an historical allegation of sexual assault – after a woman claimed he drunkenly groped her at a party.
The 53-year-old faces growing questions over his ability to serve on America’s highest court.
She said the two of them were playing a drinking game with a small group of students when the alleged incident took place.
Deborah added: “I remember a penis being in front of my face.
“I knew that’s not what I wanted, even in that state of mind.”
She added: “I was embarrassed and ashamed and humiliated.”
Ramirez recounted the alleged incident to the New Yorker and reporter Ronan Farrow – son of Woody Allen and Mia Farrow, who broke the Harvey Weinstein sex scandal.
Friends of both Kavanaugh and Ramirez, however, disputed the allegations, three of whom spoke to the New Yorker on the record.
The others remained anonymous.
“We can say with confidence that if the incident Debbie alleges ever occurred, we would have seen or heard about it — and we did not,” the group said in a joint statement.
“The behaviour she describes would be completely out of character for Brett. In addition, some of us knew Debbie long after Yale, and she never described this incident until Brett’s Supreme Court nomination was pending.”
Earlier this month, Christin Blasey Ford came forward and claimed Kavanaugh had pinned her to the bed and tried to take off her clothes when they were both teens in high school.
Kavanaugh, who has been undergoing questioning by the Senate Judiciary Committee before his confirmation vote, called the allegation “completely false”.
He said: “I have never done anything like what the accuser describes—to her or to anyone.
“Because this never happened, I had no idea who was making this accusation until she identified herself yesterday.
“I am willing to talk to the Senate Judiciary Committee in any way the Committee deems appropriate to refute this false allegation, from 36 years ago, and defend my integrity.”
The allegation against Kavanaugh first came to light late last week in a letter handed to a Democrat member of the committee.
Ford, 51, a clinical psychology professor at Palo Alto University in California, then gave an interview to the Washington Post describing the incident.
Ford claimed he put his hand over her mouth to stop her screaming.
She said: “I thought he might inadvertently kill me.
“He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”
The alleged attack was broken up when a pal of Kavanaugh’s jumped on top of them and she managed to wriggle free.
Ford, a Democrat supporter, says she didn’t reveal what had happened until 2012, when she and her husband sought couples therapy.
There is pressure to hear testimony from Ford – potentially delaying his confirmation vote past the mid-term US elections in November.
With Republicans facing heavy losses at the mid-terms, there is a possibility that they could lose a vote for Kavanaugh as their pick if that happens.

But White House counsellor Kellyanne Conway said of Ford yesterday: “She should not be insulted.
“She should not be ignored.
“She should testify under oath, and she should do it on Capitol Hill.”
