JOHN Barrowman shaved his entire body – including his “butt crack” – to avoid being bitten by insects on I’m A Celebrity.
The 51-year-old star revealed he is smooth as an eel down under and made sure creepy crawlies had no place to hide – by having all hair from the neck down removed.
The Doctor Who actor told The Mirror: “I shaved all my man bits, my legs, my arm pits, my chest hair and my butt crack and so there is no chance of the critters getting caught in my man-hair.”
John was first to jump in the jungle lake with jungle siren Emily Atack, and admitted he feels liberated about his body now he’s reached his fifties.
He added: “I haven’t got any qualms about stripping off at all. I’m now 51 and my body has changed a little bit and I’m still proud of who I am and what I look like.
“I’m looking forward to losing my love handles but I think I still look good for my age.”
