POLICE are investigating claims Love Island winner Amber Davies’ drink was spiked after she was raced to hospital after collapsing outside a pub.
Amber, 22, who had been boozing with a pal, was seen stumbling and screaming in the car park.
Staff called an ambulance while Amber’s nurse mum Sue, 51, also dashed to her aid on Friday night.
Cops have now confirmed they are probing the incident, saying: “We were made aware of allegations of an incident at the pub and are investigating the incident.”
An onlooker at the Plough Inn at St Asaph, North Wales, said: “At about 11.20 she was walking up and down the car park with a guy.
“She suddenly hit the floor. She was completely unconscious.
“People came out of the pub to help her and put her in the recovery position.
“She was screaming like she was in agony.
“Paramedics were asking people if she’d taken anything.
“But no one saw her taking drugs.”
Amber – who won last year’s Love Island with then-lover Kem Cetinay – was taken to the Glan Clwyd Hospital in Bodelwyddan.
Medics treated her for up to three hours before she was allowed home.
A source close to her said: “She believes her drink was spiked.”
Earlier, Amber posted photos of her boozing in the pub on Instagram.
One – captioned “Friyay” – showed her with a large glass of white wine.
Another saw her and her pals’ legs jiggling under a table and said: “Yano what night it’s gona be when the knees start going.”
Amber, now a lingerie model, is set to star in Dolly Parton musical 9 to 5 in London’s West End next year alongside Louise Redknapp.
She is said to be in a romance with Diversity dancer Perri Kiely, 22, who was not present when Amber collapsed.

Plough manager Dafydd Jones earlier said: “I have no reason to believe drugs were taken on the premises.
“I will be speaking to North Wales Police with regards to the incident.”
A spokesman for Amber said: “She is recovering well at home and is extremely grateful to everyone who helped her.”
