Lewis Hamilton set the pace in second practice on Friday afternoon and will want to strengthen his dominance in the championship with pole position in qualifying for the Russian GP.

Title rival Sebastian Vettel can ill-afford to lose any further ground on Hamilton with six races of the season remaining. The Ferrari driver knows success in Russia is nothing short of a necessity.
