The heir to the Swedish throne cut an elegant look earlier today, where she opened talks at the launch event.

One of the proposals of the agenda is aimed at reducing the landslide. Plastic litter is one of the most serious environmental problems in the world today and most of the litter comes from land.

The Crown Princess opened the day with an inspiring message for Swedes looking to improve the cleanliness of their surroundings.

She said: 'Did you know that 80 per cent of all the waste in the sea comes from land? And most of it's litter - it's plastic. Plastic that does not disappear. I think we together can help keep Sweden clean. Today and every other day! '

During the visit to the Håll Sverige Rents base camp, the Crown Princess received information about Håll Sverige Rent's activities, a scrapbook, and met the founders of one group called Esferica, which makes sunglasses out of recycled plastic.

The Clean Day invites all people to think about their habits, how they use plastic and how they dispose of it. Activities during the day included educating people on how to combat littering.

During the event, chief executive officer of Keep Sweden Clean, Johanna Ragnartz expressed her delight at the Crown Princesses attendance.

'We are very pleased that Crown Princess Victoria opened talks on Keep Sweden Clean Day. It means a lot to us and to all the thousands of junk guys who pick up junk around Sweden. Together we can create a change.'

Hayden says: “I don’t have a model’s body, but I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m OK with what I have.”

Nicollette says: “I don’t like diets – I see it, I eat it! I believe in eating healthily with lots of protein, vegetables and carbs to give you energy.”

Kim says: “I am no super-thin Hollywood actress. I am built for men who like women to look like women.”
