A MAN has been filmed doing the ‘Baby Shark Challenge‘ alongside a moving car during a traffic jam, copying the social media trend.
The video was taken in Ramsgate, Kent during the evening rush hour by two women on their way home from work.
The man can be seen jumping out of the passenger’s side of the car as the Baby Shark song plays and he proceeds to do a dance trending on social media.
The song was created by Korean YouTuber Pinkfong and the video now has 1.7 billion views.
The challenge entails getting out of a moving car to do the dance seen performed by adorable children in the original video.
Adults performing the children’s dance and sharing it on social media has produced some hilarious results.
The trend originated from the ‘Kiki Challenge‘ where people similarly get out of a moving car to perform a dance to Drake’s song In My Feelings.
There are now thousands of videos on Instagram tagged with #babysharkchallenge, despite safety experts calling it “simply dangerous”.
Ignoring these warnings, the young man seen in the video seemed to entertain surrounding drivers in the traffic jam on Tuesday afternoon, especially the girls who filmed it.
They said: “Me and my best friend finished work on Tuesday 24th September at 4:00pm in Ramsgate, Kent and on our way home we got stuck in a traffic jam.
