Fascinating images from 1951 show a Charlie Chaplin impersonator entertaining crowds with an act that saw him arrested more than 400 times.
Images show the man, known as 'Charlie the Busker', on the streets of London trying to appeal to crowds queuing for the cinema.

Chaplin, who the busker was mimicking, was a comic actor, film maker and composer famed for his slapstick style.
He rose to fame in the era of silent film and became one of the most famous faces of the 20th Century.
At the time the pictures were taken Chaplin would have been putting the final touches to his 1952 film Limelight.
