The stunning 4,700 square foot luxury condo is located in the 18-story Faena House building, also known as the Billionaire Beach Bunker.
The multi-million dollar beachfront property has four bedrooms with five-and-a-half bathrooms and a huge terrace.

The Faena building has a pool, spa and gym for the unit owners - as well as concierge and underground parking.
The building was designed by British architect Norman Foster; Ukranian oligarch Len Blavatnik, Goldman Sachs tycoon Lloyd Blankfein and hedge-funder Ken Griffin have properties inside the building as well.
The home, which was listed by Miami Condo Investments, was originally on the market for $15.5 million but they secured it for $14 million.

The stars are expecting a baby boy in May via their surrogate, the outlet reported; They are parents to three children: North, five, Saint, three, and Chicago, 11 months, according to TMZ.
They welcomed Chicago on January 15, 2018 via surrogate as well.
TMZ revealed that they are using another surrogate for baby number four because their previous surrogate was unavailable.
'They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it worked out,' E! News' insider explained.
Kim had difficult pregnancies with North and Saint due to her condition: Placenta Acrreta, which is life threatening.
The serious condition occurs when the placenta grows too deep into the uterine wall; upon delivery of the child, the placenta fails to detach, which can lead to severe blood loss, according to the Mayo Clinic.
