A BARMAN accused of murdering a punter is seen holding him in a headlock then desperately trying to revive him in shocking CCTV footage.
Ex-special forces soldier Ivan Shubin, 26, is alleged to have killed Ruslan Concepcion-Beloshitsky, 28, after he claimed the barman was flirting with his girlfriend.
Video shows the businessman trying to go behind the bar and hurling glasses and bottles in a “drunken jealous rage”.
Shubin is seen overpowering him, allegedly using a choke hold to subdue him, and then performing first aid when he goes limp.
When police arrived the barman was “crying” beside the body on the floor of Harat’s Irish pub in Moscow, according to reports.
Early reports said the fight broke out as the barman tried to detain a “drunk” customer who was refused another drink at closing time and tried to help himself.
But as a murder probe got under way, there were subsequent allegations the IT businessman flew into a rage because he believed the barman was flirting with his girlfriend Eugenia Volkolupova, 32.
He was in tears beside his body, having failed to resuscitate him.

Police are now said to believe Concepcion-Beloshitsky became crazed with jealousy during a marathon 11-hour drinking session.
It is claimed the punter hit out at the barman, who denied he had been flirting with his companion.
Later the irate drinker and his group left the pub, but he returned to the all-night boozer alone at 6am.
Shubin poured the man a shot and they drank together, with the barman seeking to calm him.
Concepcion-Beloshitsky wanted to continue drinking but the barman refused, say reports.
It was at this point the customer rushed behind the bar and started throwing glasses and bottles.
He also smashed the barman’s mobile phone then tried to flee the pub, triggering the fight that ended in his death, according to reports.
The barman said he had only wanted to detain him until police arrived.
Paramedics declared the businessman dead at the scene.
Another pub worker said Shubin was “in tears beside his body, having failed to resuscitate him”.
The colleague added: “The man was very drunk. He was refused more drinks so he tried to climb over the bar to pour more from the bottle he liked.

“I wouldn’t say that Ivan has an explosive behaviour. I can’t remember a single time when he had a fight with clients.
“I believe that what happened was an accident. He didn’t want to kill anyone.”
A court ordered that Shubin be held in detention for two months pending a criminal investigation.
