LIVERPOOL have slipped behind Man City in the bookies market to win the Premier League.
Before their lacklustre 1-1 draw against West Ham Jurgen Klopp’s side were marginal favourites to lift the title but their odds have changed dramatically.
The Reds’ odds have lengthened from 8/13 favourites to 6/5 in the bookies market.
This has seen City emerge as ODDS-ON favourites again to retain their crown at 10/11.
Meanwhile Tottenham’s odds have also slashed from a huge 80/1 to now 16/1 to lift the trophy.
City can go back to the top of the table tomorrow on goal difference with a win over Everton.
But this would give Jurgen Klopp’s men a game in hand, meaning it’s still in their hands.
Premier League winner odds
Man City – 10/11
Liverpool – 6/5
Tottenham – 20/1
Punters have lumped money on City to win the league following Liverpool’s draw with West Ham, with 39 per cent of all bets in the market being placed on City since the game.
A huge majority of bets have been placed on City, with 68 per cent of all stakes being on Pep Guardiola’s men.
Oddschecker spokesperson George Elek: “At 1-0 up against Leicester on Wednesday evening, the idea that just a few days later Liverpool would lose favouritism for the Premier League title was unthinkable.
“Four dropped points since and now Manchester City have a chance to go top again tomorrow, and don’t write off Tottenham who are hanging just five points back at 20/1.”
