A SEX dungeon has been promoted as part of a landlord’s bid to sell his house.
The 50 Shades of Grey-style “pleasure garden” is part of a house put on the market for $750,000 in America.
The dungeon includes a sex swing, whips on the wall and chains attached to the bed.
Real estate agent Melissa Leonard, who is selling the house, told Fox29: “I was like, OK, he’s got this little pleasure garden going on down here.”
The new owner will take possession of all the equipment in the dungeon after the five-bedroom house is bought.
Ms Leonard said: “It (the sex room) can be converted back to a typical basement for families,
playrooms, whatever they want.”
The current owner lived in the house in Maple Glen, Pennsylvania, with his family for years, until his wife died and he moved to Philadelphia.

Since then he has been renting it on Airbnb charging $500 a night for the house without the “oasis,” $700 a night on weekdays with the “oasis” included and $2,000 a night on the weekends.
Next-door neighbour Barry Katz said: “I walked out the door and I looked and I said, I’m not happy about this.
“You don’t know what kind of people enjoy that thing.”
