New photo This Morning viewers ‘crying with laughter’ as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield ‘pretend to flash’ while attempting ‘laughing yoga’

HOLLY Willoughby and Phillip Schofield had fans “crying with laughter” as they attempted “laughing yoga” during today’s This Morning.

The popular pair embraced the segment with expert Louise Claire Gates, which included pretending to flash one another as they fake belly-laughed.

The pair pretended to flash during the exercises

Louise was promoting the “immense health benefits” that come from laughing – claiming that 15 minutes of belly laughter has as much of an effect as 300 sit ups.

As 37-year-old Holly and Phil, 56, prepared to test out the exercises, Holly quipped that she was “going to to get the giggles” – which Louise actively encouraged.

The trio then clapped in unison while reciting: “Ho, ho, ha, ha, ha” – they then had to maintain eye contact while pretending to laugh hysterically on the phone, which left Holly dizzy.

The final exercise saw the pair inhale as they pretended to zip up and unzip a coat, laughing out loud as they pretended to “flash” one another.

Holly and Phil were praised for throwing themselves into the “bizarre” exercises – with many viewers at home taking to social media to share their amused reaction to the segment.

One wrote: “Am I the only one that sees some truth to this laughter yoga after sitting here crying with laughter watching Phil and Holly?”

Another added: “This laughter yoga is so bizarre but it’s so funny to watch.”

A third said: “I joined in #ThisMorning laughter yoga. Brilliant. Still laughing.”

Although many fans said that they were joining in at home, others claimed that the forced laughter had “irritated” them.

One wrote: “Laughing yoga oh Jesus, just watching that for five minutes has irritated the life out of me.”

Another added: “This laughter yoga exercise on @thismorning is giving me a good hard cringe.”

Hayden says: “I don’t have a model’s body, but I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m OK with what I have.”
