"Many Photos" - WWE announce first ‘International Superstar Shakeup’ for Raw and SmackDown

WWE have announced the first-ever “International Shakeup”.

A host of stars from NXT and it’s UK brand will be hoping to get the call to move up to the main roster after the news broke last night.

A TV commercial which aired in Canada during last night’s Monday Night Raw provided the exciting update while advertising an upcoming show.

It confirmed the “the first international Superstar Shakeup” will take place when Raw occurs from Montreal on April 15.

And it will continue the following night on SmackDown in the same city.

The superstar draft is a yearly event in which superstars are traded between the Raw and SmackDown rosters.

It also usually involves several names being called up to the one of the two weekly prime time shows from NXT.

But that could include talent from the recently-launched NXT UK brand due the newly-titled “International Shakeup” title.

The last WWE Shakeup of the rosters took place on April 16 and 17, 2018.

This one will come in the aftermath of WrestleMania 35 on Sunday, April 7.
